Hello from Poland! We use differentexpressions in formal and informal Polish. When we are in class we say: CZeść! Hej! Hejka! (Hello) to our classmates. But to our teachers: dzień dobry (good morning). In the evening we say: dobry wieczór (good evening). We haven` t such expressions as good afternoon. All day we use "dzień dobry". When we want to say "bye" to our friends we say: Na ra!, Cześć!, Siema! But to an adult we use: "do widzenia" (goodbye) albo do zobaczenia (see you). In the evening we say "dobranoc" (goodnight). How about you?
