In Poland it depends on the region. But usually it was a small Jesus. Nowadays Poland took some English and American traditions and we say that it is Santa Clause.
In England it is Father Christmas who brings presents on Christmas Eve while all the children are asleep. In England he is traditionally based on Saint Nicholas but we are also 'borrowing' from other countries and many people call him Santa Claus.
We are Sara and Noemi from Spain. In Spain the three Wise Men bring presents on 6th of January. Nowadays "Papa Noel" (Santa Claus) brings presents on Christmas Eve
